Ura, my sister ( the puteri bongsu in the family), gave birth to Mohd Afiq Adham Shah bin Mohd Hazhar (2.97kg) on Friday, 20th April 2007. Afiq , I think, is my mom's 25th cucu, and Ura's first child. They were married 4th June 2006. Congratulations from Yong & Abang Zaki and anak-anak.
Just a month ago , my 6th elder brother was blessed with a baby girl, Nur Saidatul Amirah, which is like a copycat of her arwah sister, Nur Aisyah Ashikin who died of brain tumour on 14th Nov 2005. All of us who saw Amirah for the first time was so kaget with the striking resemblance of Syikin, and we held and touched her face, look at her every features, as if you had just found your lost valuables. We all blurted out the same thing: 'Serupa syikin lah!'. she was very much like Syikin, not when Syikin was a baby, but Syikin when she was 4 0r 5 years old. Holding and kissing Amirah, rindu kami terubat..
Oh yes, Afiq, welcome! We have been waiting for you! Umar , Hafiz and Lutfil will be delighted to see u, I'm sure. Nanti next week, InsyaAllah, kita datang melawat, ok?
